M-commerce

The terms "m-business", "m-commerce" and "wireless" have been used interchangeably to describe applications operating on wireless devices such as a mobile phone or Personal Digital Assistant (PDA). However, there are important differences between these terms. M-business is defined as the use of mobile technology in the exchange of goods, services, information and knowledge. In this article, we present our views on the current trend toward mobilization and how companies can position themselves to create value.
